Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danlou tablets combined with low - molecular - weight hepa-rin and warfarin in treating elderly patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity ( LDVT). Methods 60 elderly patients with LDVT were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group was treated with Danlou tablets combined with low - molecular - weight heparin and warfarin , while the control group was treated with low -molecular -weight heparin and warfarin. Clinical effect of two groups was compared. Results Among the 30 cases in treatment group, 18 cases were cured, 9 cases were significantly improved , 2 cases were improved and 1 case was inva-lid. Among the 30 cases in control group , 10 cases were cured, 6 cases were significantly improved , 3 cases were improved and 11 cases were invalid. The clinical effect of the two groups showed statistically significant difference (P <0. 05). Conclusion Danlou tablets combined with low - molecular - weight heparin and warfarin has good clinical effect in the treatment of elderly pa -tients with LDVT.关键词
