中国城市低碳发展的模式选择
Model Selection for Low Carbon Development of Chinese City

Abstract
Low-carbon city has become the world trend of urban development at the present time. Based on their own characteristics, some cities have developed the distinctive development models of low-carbon city, among of which the most well-developed can be generalized as the " Copenhagen model" , " London model" , " Birmingham model" , " Tokyo model" , " Baoding model" and " Shanghai model". Although many cities in China has put forward the idea of developing low-carbon city, the domestic low-carbon city practice are still in an infancy and growing phase with much blindness. Cities' low-carbon development in China can't be achieved by complete copy and imitation as the result of the cities' variety, difference and complexity, but only by exploring appropriate low-carbon development models in accordance with their features. In this paper, low-carbon development model selection of city will be combined with different type and characteristics of Chinese cities. Based on the perspective of cities' scale, location, resources endowment and industrialization stage, we consider that all types of cities must select an appropriate low-carbon development model on the basis of their features. A case study in the city of Wuhan shows that a comprehensive development pattern with heavy chemical concentration and large city of the central China is the inevitable choice for Wuhan to achieve low-carbon transition.关键词
