氧化应激下伤寒沙门菌诱导的巨噬细胞凋亡
Apoptosis in macrophages induced by Salmonella typhi under oxidative stress
摘要
Abstract
To study the apoptosis of the macrophages induced by oxidative stressed Sahnonella lyphi and its mechanism,the apoptosis of macrophages was determined by flow cytometry at 2,4, 8 and 12h after infected by both S. Lyphi and H2 O2-stressed S. Lyphi, and the production of both SOD and TNF-a was also detected at 8h in the cultured macrophages. Results showed that H2O2-stressed S. Lyphi could induce macrophages apoptosis with a significant increase compared to both the control and S. Lyphi under normal conditions(P<0. 01), as well as both reduced SOD and increased TNF-a were also found in the macrophages infected for 8h by the H2O2-stressed S. Lyphi (P<0. 01). These results suggest that macrophages apoptosis induced by S. Lyphi under H2O2 condition be mediated by TNF-α.关键词
