结球甘蓝抗寒性配合力分析及优良抗寒组合选育
Combining Ability Analysis of Cold-resistance Characteristic and Elite Combination Breeding in Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var.capitata L.)

Abstract
By segregated population selection and cold-resistance identification, over 30 elite inbred lines were developed in cabbage (Brassica oleracea var. Capitata L.). Using Griffing IV method, cabbage combining ability and heritability of cold-resistance characteristic were analyzed, taking 6 inbred lines with different cold-resistance- as testing materials. The results showed that the characteristic of cold-resistance was controlled by additive effect and non-additive effect, but mainly by additive effect. The percentage of additive effect increased with the decrease of low temperature. GCA ( general combining ability ) variance accounted for a large proportion in the total genetic variance, and the mean square ratio of GCA and SCA was greater than 7, which also had significant difference at 1 % level. For cold-resistant breeding, early generation selection should be emphasized. With the results of combining ability analysis and investigation of other economic characteristics, two elite cold-resistant combinations were confirmed.关键词
