摘要
Abstract
The incidence of ovarian cancer during pregnancy is very low and difficult for diagnosis. Majority of ovarian cancer during pregnancy is malignant germ cell tumors and epithelial cancer. Pregnancy has effect on growth, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer increases various maternal and fetal complications. Surgery and chemotherapy play important role in management of ovarian cancer during pregnancy. Time for treatment is crucial in management of ovarian cancer during pregnancy.关键词
