摘要

Abstract

In the past few decades, the incidence of food allergies is increasing gradually. Currently, the diagnosis of food allergy has not been completely defined. Present judgment is synthesized by the results of prick test, provocation test and specific IgE. The treatment of food allergy has not been accepted unanimously and most in exploratory stage. Our article mainly introduces the present diagnosis and treatment of food allergy.
