改良脾腔分流联合断流术在门静脉高压症治疗中的作用
Effect of Splenocaval Shunt Plus Pericardial Devascularization on the Treatment of Portal Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of a modified surgical procedure, the proximal splenocaval shunt plus pericardial devascularization on the treatment of portal hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 135 patients with portal hypertension of cirrhosis origin underwent combined procedure were retrospectively studied. Results All patients have been operated succesfully and the perioperative mortality was 2. 2% (3/135) . The rebleeding rate and the incidence of encephalopathy were 5. 5% (6/110) and 6. 4% (7/110) respectively during a follow-up of 9 months to 12 years in 110 patients. The free portal pressure decreased from (36. 9 ±3. 2) cm H2O preoperative to (32.0 ±1.5)cm H2O postoperative(P <0. 01) . Conclusions The combined procedure of splenocaval shunt plus pericardial devascularization is safe and effective , which could be a good choice for the treatment of portal hypertension.关键词
