经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生163例临床疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects of transurethral bipolar vaporization of prostate (TUBVP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Method The TUBVP was conducted by the plasmakinsetic double pole vaporization electricity of British Gyrus Corporation for 163 patients with BPH. Results All the cases obtained satisfactory curative effect during 6 to 48 months follow-up. The pre- and postoperative international prostate gland symptom score (IPSS) was 27. 0 ± 6. 5 vs. 6. 5 ± 0. 6 respectively. Quality of life (QOL) was 4. 9 ±0. 8 vs. 1. 2 ±0. 3. The remaining amount of urine was (111. 6 ±35. 9) ml vs. (15.0 ±2.3)ml. The above indexes showed statistics significance with P <0. 01. Conclusion It is an effective method of the TUBVP made by plasmakinetic electrotomy for BPH with advantages of security, efficacy and broad indications.关键词
