摘要

Abstract

Osteoclast is a terminal cells, the separating cell training way is hardly satisfy the research needs because it can not obtain a lot of osteoclasts. Therefore,it is very important to establish culture model of osteoclast in vitro for osteoclast biology research. RANKL-RANK-OPG is the main regulating axis of osteoclast differentiation and mature, while RANK is the core of this regulating axis. Isolation culture of osteoclasts and RANK signaling in osteoclastogenesis have been viewed in this paper.
