Abstract
In this study, the effects of heparin, caffeine, sodium pyruvate and BSA on the IVF of Yanbian yellow cattle oo-cytes were researched. The results showed that the quantum of supplementation of heparin was 20 μg/mL, the acrosome reaction of spermatozoa and rate of fertilization were 82. 52% and 75. 34%, significantly higher than group Ⅱ (P<0. 05) and non-significantly higher than group HI (P>0. 05) ; The quantum of supplementation of sodium pyruvate was 0. 0025 g/mL, the acrosome reaction of spermatozoa and rate of fertilization were 78. 13% and 71. 57%, significantly higher than other groups (P<0. 05) ;The quantum of supplementation of BSA was 0. 006 g/mL, the acrosome reaction of spermatozoa and rate of fertilization were 80. 78% and 71. 44% , significantly higher than other groups(P<0. 05).关键词
