摘要

Abstract

To quantitate and phenotype the T lymphocytes in a variety of lymphoid tissue in healthy Chinese-origin rhesus macaques. Lymphocyte composition of peripheral blood (PBL), inguinal lymph nodes (ILN), mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN), intestinal lamina propria (LP) from healthy rhesus monkeys was characterized in detail by flow cytometry. The results showed that CD4+ /CD8+ ratio in LN showed higher than that in the PBL and lowest in LP, there were significant differences among them. In the LN,most CD4 + T cells were naive T cells while in the PBL and LP most CD4+ T cells were memory T cells. In all lymphoid tissues,memory markers were Tcm from the vast majority of CD4+ T cells,but most of the CD8+ T cells expressed a memory phenotype of Tern. The population of proliferating CD4+ and CD8+ T cell was similar from both PBL and LP,and higher than that from LN. The chemokine receptors CXCR4 were expressed higher than CCR5 in all lymphoid tissues. 28% of CD4+ T cells in LP expressing the CCR5 that was the highest among all tissues. It was notable that there is small population of CD3+ CD4+ CD81ow cells exist only in LP. The results provides a basic reference values for further research related to immunity or AIDS model by using macaques.
