Abstract
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) technique is a sensitive, specific method which has been widely used for rapid detection of animal disease, this article reviewed LAMP amplification mechanism, technical characteristics and its application in recent years, aiming to provide reference in further research and application of LAMP.关键词
