摘要
Abstract
A strain with high keratinolytic activity was obatained by casein plate firstly and feather as the sole carbon sourceand nitrogen source in submerged medium secondly. The strain S6 was identified as Bacillus licheniformis based on its morphologic and physicochemical characteristics. After fermenting 72 h in submerged culture, the Bacillus Licheniformis S6 demonstrated highest keratinolytic activity and maximum of soluble protein, 186. 8 U/mLand 160. 87 jig/mL,respectively, which expresses that Bacillus subtilis S6 has a promising prospect in the degradation process of feather.关键词
