Study on Expression of Sheep Interferon Regulatory Factor-1 in Transfected COS-7 Cells
摘要
Abstract
To construct an expression plasmid Pires2-EGFP-IRF1, and to overexpress it in COS-7 cells, sheep IRF1 gene was cloned by PCR, and then the expression plasmid Pires2 -EGFP -IRF1 was constructed. The constructed plasmid was transfected into COS-7 cells by electroporation method. The expression of IRF1 was detected by the Realtime PCR. In this study, expression plasmid Pires2-EGFP-IRFl, and IRF1 gene was overexpressed in the COS-7 cells at both conditions of stimulation by LPS and non -stimulation. The result can give base to further study of producing transgenic sheep or other animals.关键词
