The Changes of Root Vigor and CAT Activity in Non-affinity Interaction between Tobacco and TMV
摘要
Abstract
The root vigor and CAT activity of Nicotiana tabacum cv. 'Samsun NN ' inoculated TMV were investigated in differenttime. The result showed that within one month, CAT activity value of its root system and sampling time had a strong negativecorrelation (r = -0.9, p <0.01). The root vigor of its root system were abruptly increased first, and later decreased to the trend ofsmooth.关键词
