荧光显微技术在烟叶中料液吸收效果评价中的应用
Evaluation of casing absorption in tobacco leaves with fluorescence microscopy technology

Abstract
Glucose marked by 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole ( AEC) was sprayed onto tobacco leaf and observed with Leica-DMLB fluorescence microscope to evaluate casing absorption by tobacco leaf. Results showed that glucose failed to penetrate tissue after 8 h under 60°C , 70% RH, other than adhered to surface. Further observation with samples sprayed onto cut slices suggested that cuticle of tobacco leafs prevented glucose molecule from penetrating.关键词
