Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the rationality of clinical application of Linezolid injection in a Class Three Grade A hospital. METHODS:We selected the medical records of inpatients treated with Linezolid injection in the hospital from 2009 -2010. The application of Linezolid injection was analyzed, referring to package inserts and relevant guidelines for diagnosis and treatment. RESULTS: Of the 163 patients, there were 10 patients aged below 11, accounting for 6.13%, 153 aged 12 or above ac-counted for 93.87% ; there were 106 cases of rational drug use (65.03% ), 57 unreasonable cases (34.97% ); 112 patients were cured(68.71%), 25 were effected(15.34%),9 were improved(5.52%),while 17 were invalid( 10.43%). 18 patients suffered from thrombocytopenia after medication(11.04%). CONCLUSION: Linezolid injection is effective in the treatment on Gram-positive bac-teria infections. Research shows that it has high rate of adverse effect on platelet, which should be confirmed in future practice.关键词
