自由基清除剂依达拉奉的压疮预防价值初探
Preliminary Study of Free Radical Scavengers Edaravone in the Prevention of Pressure Sore

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the value of free radical scavengers edaravone in the prevention of pressure sore. METHODS: 100 high risk patients with pressure sore after acute cerebral infarction were enrolled and randomized into combination group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Combination group was given edaravone and conventional nursing, while control group was given conventional nursing alone. The incidence of the pressure sores of 2 groups was analyzed and the adverse drug reaction was observed. RESULTS: 3 patients suffered from pressure sores in combination group and 10 in control group. The incidence of pressure sore in combination group (6.00% ) was significantly lower than that of control group (20.00% ), there was statistical significance (P< 0.05). No obvious adverse drug reaction was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Free radical scavenger edaravone can lower the incidence of pressure sore and doesn' t increase adverse drug reaction. It could be considered that edaravone combined with routine nursing actively prevent the occurrence of pressure score in high-risk patients after cerebral infarction.关键词
