我院390例药品不良反应报告分析
Analysis of 390 Cases of ADR Reports in Our Hospital

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze characteristics and relative factors of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospi-tal, and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic. METHODS: A total of 390 ADR cases collected from Sept. 2009 to Oct. 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: In the 390 ADR cases, females (236 cases) were more than males (154 cases), and patient aged ≤18 and ≥50 had significantly high incidence. Among route of administrations, 86.67% of the ADR cases were induced by intravenous drip. Among drug types and case number of ADR cases, antimicrobial agents took up the first place (70.00%), followed by traditional Chinese medicine and TCM preparations (11.03%). Additionally, the most com-mon manifestation of ADR was lesion of skin and its appendants (41.79% ). CONCLUSIONS: The occurrence of ADR cases in our hospital is related with patient's gender, age, route of administration, and drug type. Rational use of antimicrobials and TCM injection should be strengthened so as to lessen and avoid the occurrence of ADR.关键词
