我院425例药品不良反应报告分析
Analysis of 425 Cases of ADR Reports in Our Hospital

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the characteristics and general pattern of the ADR in our hospital. METHODS: By a retrospective study, a total of 425 ADR cases (all the cases have been reported to "Nationwide Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network") collected from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital were statistical analyzed.RESULTS: Of the 425 cases, males(55.29% )showed higher proportion than females(44.71%); 32.71 %(139 cases) were induced by antibiotics.The ADR cases induced by injectable preparation and intravenous route were the most common .accounting for 84.71% and 85.18% .respectively. Lesions of skin and its appen-dants were the most common clinical manifestations of ADR, which accounted for 26.81 %(126 cases).There were 3 severe ADR cases (0.71% ). All the ADR cases were cured or improved. CONCLUSION: More attention should be paid to the monitoring of rational drugs use to avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR.关键词
