摘要
Abstract
We applied PDCA circulation to teaching management of geriatrics department according to the clinical demands of training goal for geriatrics physicians. In their continuing education, setting teaching goal, carrying out teaching method, evaluating teaching effect and summarizing teaching experience are carried out respectively in the phase of plan, do, check and action in PDCA circulation. It plays a positive role in improving teaching quality.关键词
