摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the method for determining the content of baicalin in Zhili Granules by HPLC. Methods The Suntek Ci8 column with mathanol - water - phosophoric Acid (47:53:0.5) as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 278 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0. 10-0.51 μg for the baicalin (r = 0.999 4). The average recovery was 99.53% and the RSD was 0. 57% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple,and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis method for this preparation.关键词
