摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the dissolution of propranolol hydrochloride tablets from different pharmaceutical factories in 4 different mediums and evaluate the quality by dissolution curves. Methods The dissolution test was carried out with paddle - rotating method. To analyse and compare the results by the dissolution curves in different mediums. Results and Conclusion There was significant difference in dissolution parameters and the quality among the propranolol hydrochloride tablets preparations from different manufactories.关键词
