Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard for Chishao Dispensing Granules. Methods The TLC was used to identify Chishao Dispensing Granule; the content of the main active constituent paeoniflorin in the granule was determined by HPLC. Results The characteristic spots in TLC identification were clear and strong specific. There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and quantity of paeoniflorin at the range of 0. 243-4. 850 μg, r =0. 999 97, and the average recovery rate was 102. 11% , RSD was 1. 52% (n = 6). Conclusions The method is practicable and repeatable.It provides a sensitive and reliable analytical approach for the quality evaluation of Chishao Dispensing Granule.关键词
