米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症78例

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Mifepristone Tablets in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods The selected 78 cases of endometriosis in our hospital in 2010, firstly took Mifepristone Tablets 25 mg on 5 d in the menstrual period, 1/2 tablet daily for successive 10 d, then changed to take 1/4 tablet for successive 3 months, finally changed to take 1/6 tablet. After uninterruptable 6 - months medication, the clinical efficacy, changes in hormone levels and adverse reactions were observed. Results After 6 - months medication, the total effective rate was 86%. The luteinizing hormone and progesterone were significantly different from before treatment ( P < 0. 05) . Other hormone levels had no significant change before and after treatment (P > 0. 05). During medication period, the adverse reactions were mild and disappeared after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Mifepristone has good effect in the treatment of endometriosis and few side effects, which is worthy of being clinically popularized.关键词
