Correlation between Expression of Notch1 and Jagged1 and Carcinogenesis and Prognosis of Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe into the effect of transurethral enucleation of the prostate(TUEP) and trans-urethra! Resection of the prostate(TURP). Methods 75 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) were treated with TUEP surgery.llO cases were treated with TURP surgery. Results In TUEP group, the intraoperative biood loss ( prostatic weight< 60 g), operating time were significantly lower than those of TURP group (P <: 0.05). But tlie resected tissue weiglit was significantly higher than that of TURP groupf/3 <: 0.05) . Niaxiinurn urine rate of flow (Qinax), residual urine volume (RUV), International prostate symptom score( IPSS) and life quality score(QOI) were no significant difference in the above parameters between two groups!'/3 > 0.05).Conclusion TtJEP compared io TIjHP surgery is safer Jess hleeding\prostale weight < 60 g), less operative time ,mrtre resected tissue weight, less complications关键词
