摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thoracic endovascular aortic repairing(TEVAR) treatment with stent-graft for Stanford type B aortic dissection. Methods TEVAR for type B aortic dissection had been performed in 51 patients with clinical daia. 'TVs analyze surgical methods, perioperative complicalions and short-term results. 43 cases were followed up for one lo thirties months. Results All 51 patients immediate surgery were surceased. One patient died within the perioperalive period. The serious postoperative complications included type I endoleak (n=8), pulmonary infection (n=3), arterial embolism of lower limb (n=2), retrograde type A aortic dissection (RTAD) (n=1), acute renal failure(ARF)(n=l). 3 cases had died in follow-up period, which was concerned witli aortic dissection. Conclusions TEVAR is a safe and effective treatment for Stanford type B aortic dissection, however, the possible occurrence of life-threatening complications should not be ignored. Shor!.-!.erm curative effect is good, but I he further follow-up is necessary lo evaluate its long-term effectives.关键词
