肺结核咯血患者非支气管动脉出血的介入治疗

Abstract
Objective: Clinic data of the 34 cases pulmonary tuberculosis emptysis with the bronchial and non-bronchial artery embolism were analysed ,to discuss the clinic meaning of the non-bronchial arterial embolism in hemostasis for the pulmonary tuberculosis emptysis. Methods:By puncturing skin and going angiography of the bronchial artery and the non-bronchial artery , and embolism for the fault blood vessel were performed. Results:The hemorrhagic blood vessles were detected and treated with embolization respectively in 8 cases for intercostal artery ,10 cases for intercostal artery plus internal thoracic artery ,6 cases for internal and lateral thoracic artery ,7 cases for internal thoracic artery plus thyrocervical trunk ,and 3 cases for intercostal artery plus pulmonary artery ,while for all with bronchial artery hemorrhage after the total 34 cases of angiography .Conclusion:In the embolization of bronchial artery for the pulmonary tuberculosis emptysis ,the routine non-bronchial artery angiography was needed and have the important clinic meaning for the increase of the curative effect and reduce the recrudesce in patient with the pulmonary tuberculosis emptysis.关键词
