摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the feasibility of lateral anterior side of percutaneous lumbar discectomy for lumbar target for 4/ 5 disc,with a joint of water knife line foramen inside and outside the mouth of release to improve the outcome. Methods: Confirmed by CT or MRI consistent with the clinical symptoms of 30 cases of lateral lumbar 4/5 disc herniation patients ,5 patients with mild prolapse of the nucleus ,are under the surveillance of the C-arm by the side of anterior percutaneous disc target point discectomy and foraminal united water knife line corresponding inside and outside the mouth of lysis ,all patients were followed up for 3 months. Results:Markedly effective rate was 80. 0% (24/30) ,the effective rate was 13. 3% (4/30),invalid 6. 67% (2/ 30) ,the total effective rate was 93. 3% (46/50),no serious complications. Conclusion:Lateral anterior disc puncture target discectomy for lumbar 4/5 disc herniation with a feasibility of a joint water knife line foramen inside and outside the mouth of ly -sis ,the effect is satisfactory.关键词
