摘要

Abstract

TiO,-SiO, photocatalysl was prepared by using butyl litanate, tetraethoxysilane, absolute ethanol as raw material and adopting Sol-Gel technique. The preparation conditions were, optimized by the signal-factor experiments, and the. Optimum conditions included 2. 33:1 of the mole ratio of butyl tilanale and tetraethoxysilane, 600℃ of the calcining temperature, 3 h of the calcining time and 3 of solution pH value. The CODcr of the treated wastewater could be reduced to 67. 8 mg/L under the conditions of 3h of UV irradiation and 0. 5 g/L of the TiO2-SiO2 dosage. The particle size of TiO2-SiO2 photocatalyst ranged from 100 nm to 500 nm. TiO2-SiO2 photocatalyst showed high catalytic activity and stability, and it could be used repeatedly for several times. Moreover, the comparison of TiO2-SiO2 pholocatalyst and TiO2 photo-calalyst showed that, the treatment efficiency of paper mill wastewater by TiO,-SiO2 prevailed over TiO2 evidently.
