波吉卵囊藻(Oocystis borgei)对Cu2+、Zn2+吸附研究

Abstract
The effect of adsorption dynamics, temperature, illumination intensity and salinity on adsorptive performance of Oocystis borgei to Cu2+ and Zn2+was studied. The results showed that there were three adsorbent processes (rapid, intermediate speed and low speed) in the adsorption of Oocystis borgei to Cu2+ and Zn2+. In the experiment, rapid adsorption was completed in 0.5h. Intermediate adsorption was completed in 8h, and then after 8h was low speed of adsorption. Good adsorptive performance was obtained when temperatures ranged from 25 to 30℃, and the best adsorption quantity was 5.61mg/g (Cu2+) and 6.92mg/g (Zn2+). When the illumination intensity was greater than or equal to 30001x, algae cell showed good adsorptive performance to Cu2+, and while the illumination intensity was greater than or equal to 20001x, algae cell showed good adsorptive performance to Zn2+. Good adsorptive performance to Cu2+ was obtained when the salinity ranged from 25 to 30, and the best adsorption quantity to Cu2+was 5.93mg/g. When the salinity was 20, algae cell showed good adsorptive performance to Zn2+, and adsorption quantity was 6.97mg/g. Therefore, there was a significant removal quality of heavy metal ion by Oocystis borgei in prawns aquaculture when temperature was 30℃, salinity was less than 25 and illumination intensity was over 2000 lx.关键词
