红树林共附生微生物HSL36的鉴定及其主要代谢产物GC/MS分析

Abstract
Potential Beneficial strain HSL36 was isolated from root samples collected from Mangroves in Zhanjiang and identified as Lactobacillus pentosus based on morphological characteristics, biochemical properties and the phyogenetical analyses of 16S rDNA sequence. In the determination of components on extracellular metabolites of HSL36 by GC-MS. The results showed that the main chemical compositions of fermentation fluid extracted by dichloromethane were 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid bis(2-methylpropyl) ester; 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylicacid dibutyl ester;2,6-Bis-tert-buty 1-4-methylcyclo- hexanol;cedrol; hexadecyl iodide and two unidentified compounds.关键词
