项丛刺对脑梗死吞咽障碍患者脑干听觉诱发电位的影响
Influence of Nape - aligned Acupuncture on Brain - stem Auditory Evoked Potential of Cerebral Infarction Patients with Deglutationuenc Obstacle

Abstract
Objective; To observe the effect of nape - aligned acupuncture on cerebral infarction patients with deglutation obstacle for brainstem auditory evoked potential, and to investigate the mechanism of nape - aligned acupuncture treatment. Methods; Eighty cerebral infarction patients with deglutation were selected and randomly allocated to nape - aligned acupuncture treatment group and control group. The control group received routine treatment, nape - aligned acupuncture treatment group added nape cluster acupuncture ( fengchi acupoint, tianzhu acupoint,wangu acupoint,lianquan acupoint, panglianquan acupoint,jijin acupoint,yuye acupoint,fengchi acupoint,tianzhu acupoint and wangu acupoint needling, adam's apple direction,remaining 30 minutes, lianquan acupoint,panglianquan acupoint,root of the tongue direction, inhalaned 2 cun,Jinjin acupoint and yuye acupoint for insertion and blood letting, once for 3 days) in addition to the treatment for control group. Results; The total effective rate of nape - aligned acupuncture treatment group was 85% ,and the total effective rate of control group was 77. 5% . Excellence ratio of nape - aligned acupuncture treatment group was 70% ,and control group was 35% ,The difference before and after the therapy was notable( P＜0.05 ). Conclusion: Nape - a-ligned acupuncture treatment can regulate the BAEP( brain - stem auditory evoked potential) of cerebral infarction , increase the RCBF of the cerebral infarction patients, improve the condition of cerebral ischemia. Therefore , the conclusion is that one of the mechanism of action of nape - aligned acupuncture treatment is to cure the deglutation obstacle of cerebral infarction patients.关键词
