Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture on bulbar paralysis. Methods: Treating the patients with nuchal acupuncture, and investigating the hierarchical changes of swallowing and speech. Results: Among the 40 patients, Mentioning the evaluation of swallowing function, recovery occurred in 19 cases, marked efficacy in 16 cases, improvement in 3 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 96% ; Mentioning the evaluation of speech function, recovery occurred in 10 cases, marked efficacy in 15 cases, improvement in 11 cases, with a total efficacy rate of 90%. Conclusion: The method of acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on bulbar paralysis, and the treatment should be taken as early as possible.关键词
