“低聚”超高密度钻井液技术

Abstract
Some difficulties are encountered when using ultra-high density drilling fluid system, such as rheology, filtration, lubrication and pipe-stuck, to overcome those difficulties, short-carbon chain polymers are applied to reduce total amount of polymers. Graphite powder with different particle sizes is used to control HTHP filtration loss and lubrication, based on Ideal Packing theory, particle size analysis and curves fitting. The technology of ultra-high density drilling fluid with small polymers is developed, and the applications in well Jida4 and Nangongl are successful, which the highest density is 2.44 g/ cm3 and the temperature is 163 ℃.关键词
