摘要

Abstract

To overcome the difficulty of cement slurry loss in low pressure formations in Changqing oilfield, an antileakage material GJQ is developed to reduce weight and prevent leakage. This material GJQ is mainly composed of corpus cavernosum that the density is lower than flowing bead, assistant lightening material, sealing material and active gel material. Also the GJQ can decrease the density of cement slurry as low as 1.20 g/cm3, and it has the characteristics of good stability, low filtration and high cement stone compressive strength, which is suitable for low pressure formation cement job. The applications show that the cement slurry system improves the cement job qualities in leakage formations and extends the service life of casings.
