CK、Tubulin-β和PCNA在鼻咽癌放疗后复发组织中的表达及意义
Expressions and Significances of CK,Tubulin-β and PCNA in Recurrence NPC Tissue after Radiotherapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expresS1ons of CK,Tubulin-β and PCNA in nasopharyngeal carci-noma(NPC) and the posS1ble mechanism of NPC recurrence and metastaS1s after radiotherapy. Methods Experimental nude mice transplanted NPC Fl and S1 cell exposed to radiation. Cell morphology, proliferation and metastaS1s in vivo analyzed. CK,Tubulin-β and PCNA were detected uS1ng immunohistochemical SP method in nude mice transplanted tumor tissue and recurrence tumor tissue after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Results Tumor weighs of Fl and S1 transplanted tumors after irradiation were lower than those of tumors without irradiation(P<0. 05). Each group had not pulmonary metastaS1s. After radiation, the rate of lymph node metastaS1s of S1 transplanted tumors was higher than that of Fl group but no S1gnificance(P>0. 05). The expresS1on of PCNA in Fl transplanted tumors was higher than that in S1 transplanted tumors(P<0. 05) .while CK and PCNA expressed in S1 transplanted tumors were increased than those in Fl transplanted tumors (P<0. 05). The expresS1on of PCNA in recurrent NPC after radiotherapy was higher than that in NPC(P<0. 05). Spearman correlation analyS1s showed the poS1tive correlation between the expresS1on of CK and Tubulin-p, also Tubulin-p and PCNAjas well as the expresS1on of CK had poS1tive correlation with Tubulin-β and PCNA in recurrent NPC(P<0. 05). The expresS1on of CK,Tubulin-β and PCNA were not related with age, sex, cervical lymph nody metastaS1s and clinical stage in both NPC and recurrent NPC group. ConcluS1on CK and Tubulin-β participated in the process of NPC post-radiotherapy recurrence through connection with cell proliferation,but couldn't be independent predictors of NPC recurrence.关键词
