铝合金热变形的本构模型研究
Constitutive model for hot deformation of aluminum alloy
摘要
Abstract
The flow stress behavior of 6016 aluminum alloy was studied by single-pass high temperature compression experiment on Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator at temperature of 300-500 ℃, strain rate of 0.01-10 s-1 and true strain of 0-0.8. The results demonstrate that the hot deformation behavior of 6016 aluminum alloy exhibits strain-hardening to a steady-state, and the softening mechanism is mainly controlled by dynamic recovery. The constitutive equation is presented, considering A and β as function of strain by Zener-Hollomon parameter in the exponential function form. The corrected temperatures rising are in good agreement with those of the measured values.关键词
