Preparation of Cu-CoSPc modified activated carbon and its catalytic oxidation purification properties for PH3

摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain a more effective modified activated carbon for the purification of PH3, the AC4-supported Cu-CoSPc modified activated carbon was prepared. The effects of preparation conditions on the catalytic oxidation purification properties of the modified activated carbon were studied, and it was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption(N2-BET), scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results show that when the catalytic oxidation purification properties for PH3 reaches the maximum at Cu2+ concentration of 0.1 mol/L, dryness temperature of 110 'C and cremation temperature of 350 ℃. The purification capacity of Cu-CoSPc modified activated carbon is much higher than that of the previous Cu2+ modified activated carbon.
