Hardening mechanism of waterborne epoxy-cement-emulsified asphalt bonding system
摘要
Abstract
The hardening mechanism of waterborne epoxy-cement-emulsified asphalt (CAE) bonding system was studied, through analyzing the hardening product and micro morphology of CAE at different ages by XRD, SEM and FT-IR. The results show that chemical reactions occur between waterborne epoxy resins and cement hydration products, the complex compound with calcium is produced, and the Ca(OH)2 crystallizing is delayed. The bonding system of CAE forms a kind of space structure, which is intertwound by asphalt, waterborne epoxy hardening products and cement hydration products.关键词
