聚偏氟乙烯/偏氟乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物的共混相容性及结晶性
Miscibility and crystalline properties of poly(vinylidene fluoride)/poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluorochloroethylene) blends

Abstract
The poly(vinylidene fluoride)/poly(vinylidene fluoride-chlorotrifluoro ethylene) blend membranes were prepared by a solution cast approach after physical blending. The miscibility, crystallization properties and surface morphology of the samples were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectra and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the random copolymer P(VDF-CTFE) in the PVDF/P(VDF-CTFE) blends has a certain miscibility with PVDF, which affects the crystal-melt thermodynamic characteristics of PVDF. In PVDF/P(VDF-CTFE) blend crystallization process, P(VDF-CTFE) is beneficial for the formation of p phase. PVDF is well distributed in the PVDF/P(VDF-CTFE) blends. The spherulite is reduced by decreasing the content of the PVDF.关键词
