摘要

Abstract

The influence of strain hardening index n value at different r values on the drawing performance of sheet matal during the drawing forming process of cylinder cup was investigated by the simulation of the finite element software PAM - STAMP 2G. It can be seen from the results that the limit drawing ratio of the sheet metal is increased with the increase of anisotropy coefficient. There is great influence of the hardening index n value on limit drawing ratio at smaller r value while the influence is small at bigger r value. The limit drawing ratio could be increased by the way of increasing hardening index n value when r value is small.
