摘要

Abstract

The application of the secondary control system for full-hydraulic 11-roll straightener developed by Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. And Taiyuan University of Science & Technology is introduced. The control system contains automation station, main operation station, monitoring station, engineer working station and distributed computer control system, and is connected with PC on tempering furnace control console to collect the real-time data such as steel plate thickness, width and material serial number. The database is set in the engineer working station to establish process model according to the material quality, temperature, plate cut, plate width and thickness, and calculate theoretical data of straightening pressure, number of times and rolling reduction, after testing, the linear bounce and nonlinear frame deformation of the straightener is achieved by calculation, and then the empirical data of the rolling reduction is obtained. In combination with the theoretical data and the empirical data, the rolling reduction process data is generated. The application result shows that the straightener works well.
