摘要

Abstract

The straightening force of the roll straightener is calculated according to the roller spacing. There is a error between the calculated value and actual force of straightening roll. The point which is 1/4 apart from the adjacent upper roll or lower roll is taken as a forced supporting point. A new forced model for simply supported beam of straightener is established to calculate the straightening force and straightening power. The straightening force of the steel plate straightener is computed with MatLab software. The calculated result relatively coincides with the experimental data.
