Abstract
The application state of the mould oscillation device was investigated to solve the problem of longitudinal and horizontal deflection of the slab CCM mould oscillation. The steering device wear-down of the roll unit is analyzed by detecting the hardness of the roll surface with a hardness tester. A roller made of the new material was adopted instead of the original imported roller. The lubrication route was modified. The stainless hexagon socket screws suitable for high temperature and high humidity were used. A wear-resisting long-life roller unit was designed and fabricated according to the measures mentioned above. The new roller unit has been worked for 18 monthes and still runs well. The oscillation deflection was overcome.关键词
