摘要

Abstract

According to the working situation and actual running station of megawatt level turbine gearbox, the design characteristics of megawatt level turbine gearbox was introduced. The driving mode, gear strength calculation, equal load structure design, bear configuration, micro pitting calculation and lubrication system design are analyzed and described in detail. The finite element analysis for the key components are carried out with Ansys software. This offers some references for developing the megawatt level turbine gearbox further.
