Abstract
To solve the problems of the strip steel crushing caused by excessive clearance between sector plates when the coiling block of the common rectangular pyramid recoiling reel expands, a octahedral pyramid recoiling reel is proposed. The four-pairs of fan-shaped attachment plates and tilt wedge blocks are added on the coiling block of octahedral pyramid recoiling reel. When the coiling block expands or shrinks, the fan-shaped attachment plates do the same action with the sector plates. The function fills up the gap between the sector plates. The structural characteristics of the octahedral pyramid recoiling reel are analyzed. The octahedral pyramid recoiling reel has the advantages of simple transmission structureand rational expanding-shrinking mechanism, and can evidently improve the quality of steel strip.关键词
