摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the construction features of large-sized direct-driven permanent-magnet Generators for wind turbines(DPGW) and insulation damage caused in winding inserting process, a new undamaged operation process of preformed winding inserting was put forward. The results indicated that integrity and reliability of insulating structure got assuring effectively with the use of undamaged operation process.
