摘要

Abstract

Up to now, it is difficult for the traditional micro-capacity metering pump to adjust the precision of flux to satisfy the automatization needs of controlling the flow of the modernization mass production technics. Using the step motor technology, a control system for the micro-capacity metering pump was developed at the core of THB6064H. The system sent message to the upper computer through serial communication, which made the system more easily to apply to a variety of occasions. Through testing and confirming, this system has such features as well-equipped function, easy data entry, low cost, and so on.
