金铃子散镇痛作用的实验研究
Analgesic Effect of Jin Ling Zi Powder on Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the analgesic effect of Jin Ling Zi powder. Methods: The pain response on mice was induced by thermal plate and acetic acid, and the pain threshold in the thermal plate testing and the writhing times within 15 minutes in acetic acid twisting testing were observed. Results; Compared with the control group, Jin Ling Zi Powder could increase the pain threshold of 30min, 60min and 90min after the last dose and reduce the writhing times of mice (P <0. 05 ,P <0. 01). Conclusion; Jin Ling Zi Powder has an analgesic effect.关键词
